After graduation, I will be working as a Business Process Analyst for TD Bank in the Shared Services Data & Analytics department. This role will require me to be detail-oriented, versatile, and collaborative, aligning with the aspirations I have for my future career endeavors. I plan on moving to the Metropolitan area so I can network and explore other opportunities specifically in the finance industry while working in this position.
I am interested in continuing to explore different opportunities within the finance industry as I gain experience in my upcoming role. I hope to always work in a career that challenges me intellectually, operates at a fast pace, and allows me to collaborate with others.
Attached is a more comprehensive look into my prior career plan from an assignment completed in my “Operations and Information Systems” class in 2022. We were tasked with writing a five-page paper that discusses the needs, hopes, and passions we want in our future jobs upon graduation. The paper includes what we want from our job and considers three possible career paths that match our “needs.” We then choose one of the three careers to research to gain a deeper into the characteristics and responsibilities of the job.
